ACS MasterKey is a digital PDF reference compiled from verbatim public-domain FAA source text, with navigation (hyperlinks) added. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use your copy for your own flight training and reference.
Your copy is watermarked with your order details and licensed to you individually. You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload, or otherwise redistribute it. We may revoke the license for a breach of these terms.
Founding members receive future rating modules as they are released, at no additional charge, for the life of the product. "Future modules" are those we choose to develop; we don't commit to a specific release schedule or set of ratings.
ACS MasterKey is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration. The ACS and FAA handbooks are public-domain works of the U.S. Government. The product is a navigation aid over official references for the oral and practical exam; it is not a question-and-answer key and is not for use during the closed-book knowledge (written) test. You are responsible for your own checkride preparation and conduct.
